So here it is, The spread composition I submitted.

I like painting in photoshop, this is peice I’m working on to improve my skin tones and shadows.
What do you think so far how can I improve this, any critique would be welcome.

what you think of the composition so far?
I will be adding in more buildings and Christmas decorations, which will hopefully emphasize the Christmas feel to the piece.
A little background to help you visualize why I’ve chose this style, I like the idea that in the future we may be able to land on other planets hopefully terraform them into livable atmospheres, But for the planets that aren’t completely livable I envisage cities built half underground and half above ground to protect from the elements in colder harsher times of the solar year.
I really enjoy photo manipulation, as its quicker than drawing in most cases.

Time to update on the FD2D project I did.
We had the presentations of our Ideas mine is shown above.
They liked my Idea but went with one shown earlier. The parts they liked about my work were the tag line “Make your waste into something beautiful” and my drawing style. They asked if they could contact me for a campaign they’re doing next year, so fingers crossed that comes through.
I’ve also been asked to do some work illustrating a short story for the magazine :)

Look closely the ‘m’ in something is not following the rest of the fonts rules :(
A friend also pointed out some of the text is in lowercase too.

This image will be completed, with holly around the edges to make it a more Christmas feel.
I like the elongated mouth on this it makes it look sinister.

My work in the gallery.
Being in an exhibition made me realize i need to be more organized and prepared for showcasing my work.

Getting ready for the student gallery ^_^
Printing my own business cards for this is more cost effective in the short term.
I would prefer to have these printed on a higher .gsm paper/card. Maybe think about a gloss finish on one side and also sticker format too.

Merry Xmas - a Christmas card I’m working on for a client.
I think this image so far is not scary enough to be a horror xmas card.
I should maybe change the eye color and the mouth then see where to go from there.
